A resolution has been reached in a civil action brought by the People of the State of California, in which the People alleged that Evig, LLC doing business as Balance of Nature made deceptive advertising claims regarding the products’ benefits. Evig, LLC denies the allegations but has reached a settlement regarding the claims.
You may be eligible for a refund if you purchased any of the following products from Evig, LLC dba Balance of Nature: Fruits, Veggies, and/or Fiber & Spice.
California customers who purchased any of the above Balance of Nature products may be eligible to receive a partial restitution payment of up to the total purchase price of one bottle of each of the three products.
